Rodney Malpert - Retired Immigration Lawyer
An accomplished business and immigration attorney, now retired, Rodney Malpert holds both a master of arts and a juris doctor from Cornell University. Over the course of a career that spanned well over three decades, he established himself as a skilled litigator and a sought-after public speaker on immigration law. Rodney Malpert’s specific areas of expertise included the acquisition of employment-based E1B visas and PERM labor certification through the US Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration.
From 2008 until his retirement, Rodney Malpert served as a partner at the law firm of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, he solidified his reputation in immigration law, consistently appearing on Who’s Who Legal in Corporate Immigration and speaking before organizations such as the Council for Global Immigration, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Paralegal Association of Santa Clara County. Although he managed teams in multiple firm offices, Mr. Malpert primarily worked out of Silicon Valley.
